DelightChat allows you to manually raise a ticket for a customer that did not connect on any of the existing integrated channels. Here’s how:
1. From the left panel, click on the Outside DC. This is how you integrate the Outside DelightChat Channel.
2. Above the list of tickets, on the top, click on [Create new ticket].
3. In the pop-up window, fill in the various input fields, like customer name, type of issue, and click [Create ticket]
4. The ticket, once created will now appear on the main panel like this:
