There might be cases when you would need to reopen a closed ticket. For example, there were some more issues with the order that's yet to be resolved.
Here's how you can do it:

1) Go to the [Closed] tab under conversations.
2) Click on [Reopen Ticket] on the top left corner.
3) Your ticket will be reopened and assigned to the same person as before.
