Many a times you might need to share a conversation with your colleague or someone else. In those cases, you can share the link to that particular ticket within DelightChat.
Here's how:
1) Select the ticket that you want to share.
2) Click on the đ on the top right. The ticket's link will be copied automatically.
3)Â Share the link to whoever you want, on your team.
P.S.: This link will only work for your team that's logged in to DelightChat. It won't work publicly.
