You can like or delete Facebook/Instagram comments right from DelightChat.
To like a comment:
- From the left panel, select the Facebook support channel that you’ve integrated with DelightChat
- Choose the conversation thread where you want to DM a person and hover over the comment (see screenshot below)
- Click [Like] from the dropdown menu
- The comment will display Liked as shown below.
To delete a comment:
- Hover over the three dots menu once again and click [Delete]. You’ll receive a confirmation message before the comment is deleted
- Once the comment is deleted, DelightChat will display a message confirming that with the name of the user who deleted the comment.
Also, if this is a top-level comment, the thread will also be removed and you will not be able to reply to that thread again.
