Supported Comments for Facebook, Instagram & Ads

DelightChat supports comments from selected Facebook and Instagram post/ad types. When supported, comments can appear inside DelightChat so your team can manage and reply to them from one place.

Some content types, especially Stories and Live video comments, may not be supported due to platform/API limitations.

If comments are missing in DelightChat

Please share the following details with our support team:

• Facebook or Instagram page name
• Post/ad link
• Screenshot of the missing comment
• Approximate date and time when the comment was posted
• Whether it is an organic post, ad post, Reel, Story, or Live video

This will help us check whether the comment type is supported and whether the channel connection is working correctly.
