When you receive a new comment on Facebook, here’s how you can respond to it directly from DelightChat:
New comments on your Facebook posts will appear in DelightChat like this:
Click on the [Reply] button and type your desired response.
Here’s how it will appear on DelightChat and Facebook respectively:
You can also like and delete a comment or send a direct message to the person who left the comment by clicking on the three dots that appear below the customer’s comment, next to the time (as shown below in the screenshot). The menu has three options: Like, Message and Delete. You can reply to a comment, or start a Messenger DM from it, only within 7 days of the customer’s comment. You can start only one Messenger DM for each comment.
