There are times where you may need to duplicate an existing Shopify order. Here's how to do it on DelightChat:
1) In the right panel, type the order #, phone number, email address or customer name in the “Search in Shopify” box, then open the order.
2) Click on the[Duplicate] button.
3) The order opens in your Shopify admin in a new tab. DelightChat does not make the copy itself. Finish the duplication on that Shopify order page.
