Want the "View Order Status" card at the top and the "Contact Us" card at the bottom? Now, you can do so within DelightChat's self-service widget.
Steps:
1) Go to Settings, open “Live Chat, Self-Service Widget” (click “Edit” next to your store if you have more than one), and stay on the “Basic Settings” tab
2) Scroll down to the bottom
3) Under "Widget Order", drag the cards up or down. The list has three cards: Contact Us, View Order Status and Help Center Articles. Then click “Save”. Your widget shows the new order only after you save.
