Step 1
Open WhatsApp Manager:
https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/
Step 2
Left sidebar → Account Tools → Phone Numbers
Step 3
Select your WhatsApp API number.
Step 4
Go to Profile.
Step 5
Find Display Name → Click Edit → Submit for Review
Display Name Requirements
- Must match your brand / legal name
- Must match your website
- Cannot include:
- Emojis
- Promotional words
- Generic words like “Support”
- Must be clear & professional
