Fast replies will allow you to respond to your customers instantly with pre-saved responses to the most common customer queries. It's a great way to reduce response times and boost agent productivity. Here's how you can create your own:
1) Click on the [Settings] button found in the panel on the extreme left.
2) Click on the [Fast Replies] button.
3) Click on the [+ Create Template] button.
4) Type the template name and body of the message as per your desire. And then click on the [Save Template] button.
5) Your new fast reply template has been created.
