Automate Messages with Shopify Flow
Use Shopify Flow to automatically send WhatsApp messages from DelightChat when specific events occur in your store.
Shopify Flow allows you to build custom workflows that automate key ecommerce tasks such as marketing, order fulfillment, inventory management, and fraud prevention. You can improve productivity by automating repetitive tasks and integrating with apps and external tools.
You can:
- Automate ecommerce tasks using ready-made workflow templates
- Add custom logic and unlimited actions to workflows
- Integrate with tags, metafields, B2B tools, Slack, Google Sheets, and other apps
Shopify Flows Configuration
Follow the steps mentioned below and watch the video to configure correctly.
- Make sure to install Shopify Flow.
- Once installed, click on Create Workflow. Then select a Trigger in the next screen, you can choose a template too.
- Once a trigger is defined, click on Then and choose Action. From the list, choose DelightChat.
- You can choose an action that supports up to 5 variables, or another that has no restriction on the number of variables.
- Copy the Automation ID and paste it in the Shopify Flow field.
- Make sure to resolve the same template variables in the same order here and in the Shopify Flow action.
