You can update your personal account details from Settings > My Account > Your Profile.
The Profile section lets you update your account details including agent status, avatar, personal information, contact phone number, username, role title (optional, can be used in your email signature), password, and language. Your email address is shown but cannot be changed here. Your avatar is for internal use only and does not change your WhatsApp profile picture.
