CSAT is an important part of customer service and involves directly communicating with your customers. We understand how important it is for you to use your own language and style in your messaging to customers.
That's why we built the capability to modify or translate the CSAT survey message being sent to your customers. Additionally, you can also change the text in the CSAT survey collection page.

To modify the CSAT survey message, go to Settings > General > CSAT.
The settings you see above allow you modify or translate the message that is sent to your customer when you click on the [⭐️ CSAT] button on the DelightChat dashboard. To see how the CSAT message looks to your customers, read this help article.
Additionally, you can also translate the contents of the survey collection page, which is the page that your customers are redirected to when they click on the emoji or link in the CSAT message.
By modifying the text fields that you can see above, you can change the survey collection page as per your requirements.
DelightChat also stores all the CSAT responses so that you can analyze it later. You can do so by going to the Analytics section of the app. Learn more by reading this help article.
