You can now remove your profile photo

You can now remove a profile photo and go back to your initials. A red Remove link sits next to Upload New Avatar on your profile, and admins get the same link when editing a team member.

Before this update, you could replace a profile photo but not take it off. Now agents can remove their own photo, and admins can remove the photo of a teammate. The avatar then shows the person's initials again.

The photo is not removed the moment you click. After you click Remove, the page shows a note that the avatar will be removed when you save, and the change is applied when you click Save. If you pick a new photo before saving, the new photo replaces the old one instead.

How to remove a photo

1. For your own photo, open Your Profile in Settings. For a teammate, open Team Members and click Edit on that person.
2. Click the red Remove link next to Upload New Avatar. The link shows only when the person has a photo.
3. Click Save.
