Read full FAQ text in the AI Knowledge Base

The saved FAQ list in the AI Knowledge Base now lets you preview the full question and answer instead of a cut-off line. The Last Updated column now shows when the FAQ text actually changed.

Long questions and answers used to be trimmed in the saved FAQ list, so you had to open each FAQ to read it. Now you can point at a question or answer to see all of it, which makes it quicker to find the FAQ you want to review or edit.

Last Updated used to change on any save. It now changes only when the question or the answer text changes, so it tells you how current the content is. Dates show in your local time with the UTC offset next to them. FAQs that were saved before this update show Unknown until their text is next edited, because no reliable edit history exists for them.

How to use it

  1. Open AI Knowledge Base in Settings.
  2. Hover over a question or answer in the saved FAQ list, or move to it with the keyboard, to see the full text. Scroll inside the preview if the text is long, and press Escape to close it.
  3. Click or tap a row, or press Enter, to open the FAQ and edit it as before.
  4. Check the Last Updated column to see when the FAQ content last changed.

There is no setting to turn on. New answers keep the existing 4,000-character limit, and long answers that were already saved stay complete when you open them. For adding and importing FAQs, see the related guide AI Knowledge Base.
