Add Fastrr / Shiprocket SR Checkout as a checkout provider under Settings → Integrations, with its own name and icon.
Stores using Shiprocket Checkout / Fastrr can identify and manage that provider as its own integration in DelightChat. This keeps the checkout provider separate from the Shopify store connection and gives your team the setup instructions for the selected provider.
Open Settings → Integrations, add a checkout provider, and choose Shiprocket Checkout / Fastrr. Select the store and follow the provider-specific instructions shown on the setup page. Complete those steps before enabling and testing the recovery messages you want to send.
