Get access to WhatsApp API via DelightChat. Our software suite enables you to manage multi-agent customer support using WhatsApp API.
1. Go to Support Channels > Add New Channel > WhatsApp
2. Click on the [Add] button in the "WhatsApp API" option.
3. Fill out the WhatsApp API application form. This information is then submitted to the Facebook team in order to get approval for your brand's WhatsApp API number.
Please note: WhatsApp API is available only on paid plans.
Application timeline: Once you fill the form, it usually takes 2-3 days for Facebook to approve your request, and subsequently another 2-4 hours to verify your WhatsApp API number. A member from our team will guide you through the process and communicate the application's progress.
