Generate AI Reply now streams the draft into the reply box word by word instead of all at once. Send stays disabled until the draft finishes.
You can now see a generated reply take shape inside the inbox composer while AI is still writing. The reply appears progressively, which lets your agent see that generation is underway instead of waiting for the entire draft to arrive at once.
Send and Send & Close stay disabled while the draft is streaming. When generation finishes, the agent can read the complete response, make changes, and send it. A visible partial draft is not a message already sent to the customer.
Click Generate AI Reply in the reply box, wait for writing to finish, then review and send. Configure manual response generation in AI Assistant settings.
