The Team Members list in the inbox now shows online teammates first, each with a green dot on their avatar. You can see who is available before you assign a chat.
Before this update, the team list in the left panel of the inbox gave no sign of who was online. Now the Team Members list, under Assigned Tickets, puts online teammates at the top and offline teammates below them. Each group is in A to Z order. You and deleted users are not in the list, and your own assigned chats stay at the top of the panel.
The same green dot shows in the assignee dropdown of a conversation, so you can pick an online teammate quickly. It also shows next to your own avatar when your Online switch is on.
The list remembers whether you left it open or closed. It starts closed.
No separate setting is needed. A teammate's dot follows their own Online switch.
