Uploading a CSV for a broadcast or segment now flags rows that will be skipped or fail, such as bad phone numbers or duplicate country codes. You can fix problem rows before sending instead of finding out afterward.
Review audience problems as soon as you upload a CSV. The upload result lists warnings alongside the accepted contact count, so your team can correct formatting problems before using the file in a campaign. This is useful when a customer export contains phone numbers in a different format from the broadcast uploader.
Upload the audience CSV while creating a broadcast or a CSV-based customer segment. Read any warnings, correct the affected rows in your spreadsheet, and upload the corrected file again before sending. Keep Country Code and Phone Number in the separate required columns. The Shopify export formatting guide shows how to convert combined phone numbers into that format.
