The "Share Product Feedback" page no longer uses a third-party embedded form. You can submit feedback (with up to 3 attachments) directly in the app, with formatting tools and a confirmation screen.
You can describe a product suggestion and add supporting files from a form inside DelightChat. Formatting lets you explain the situation clearly, and the confirmation screen tells you that the feedback was submitted.
Open Share Product Feedback, explain what you were trying to do and what would help, and attach an example if needed. Submit the form and check the confirmation before leaving the page.
