Searching an email address while composing used a slow, unindexed lookup. It now returns the top 20 matches faster.
Recipient suggestions appear while you enter an email address in the compose window. The improved lookup helps you find an existing contact without typing the complete address, especially when several people have similar names or addresses.
Open Compose, select your email channel, and start entering the recipient's address. Choose the matching suggestion, then check the recipient before sending. Your team can use the same compose flow; there is no new setting to turn on.
