The conversation export tool now accepts any date range, not just up to six months. It splits a large range into parts automatically and skips periods you already exported.
Admins can choose a longer period in one request instead of manually submitting each smaller range. DelightChat plans separate export files for the parts that need exporting and skips dates that were already requested for the channel.
Open Reporting → Conversation Export, choose the channel and your full date range, then review the number of exports shown before submitting. Track each resulting request in the history table and download the completed files before expiry. The screen still applies safeguards to how much one submission can create.
