Custom guardrail rows now show their own example

Each of the 10 custom guardrail inputs in AI Chatbot settings now shows a different, relevant example instead of repeating the same one, making it easier to write a good rule.

What this means for your team

Each custom-guardrail row now gives you a different example to help describe a situation that should be handled by your team. You can use those prompts to distinguish several business exceptions instead of starting every rule from the same example.

The examples are placeholders. They do not become active rules unless you enter and save your own instruction. Write the situation you want detected clearly, and keep each rule focused on when to hand over to a human.

How to use it

In AI Agent settings, choose the channel and open Custom Guardrails. Add a row, replace its example with your own rule, and save. Existing saved rules remain your instructions.
