If a search hits a database timeout, it now retries automatically a couple of seconds later, so a search that would have failed gets a second chance to succeed.
If an inbox search encounters a temporary database timeout, the app makes another attempt automatically. Your team can keep using the same search instead of restarting the lookup immediately after the first timeout.
Search for a customer's ticket from the inbox as usual. The retry runs in the existing search flow without a new setting. If a search still fails, check the displayed error and try again rather than assuming the ticket does not exist.
