A product price needs its currency, and a useful product link needs to lead to your storefront. Generate AI Reply now gives the drafting system Shopify’s product or store currency and constructs variant links from your connected store’s domain.
Your team can review a draft containing product prices and links without first correcting a default USD assumption or replacing a placeholder storefront link. The reply remains a draft for an agent to check before sending; this change does not turn manual drafting into an automatic customer response.
Use Generate AI Reply in the inbox reply box. For product-based drafts, review the product-data options in AI Assistant settings and your connected Shopify product data.
