Sending a WhatsApp message with a missing or broken dynamic CTA button link used to crash the whole send with no record. The message is now marked "Undelivered" so you can see it failed instead of it vanishing.
If a required dynamic website-button value is missing, the attempted send remains visible as an Undelivered result. Your team can now find that failed attempt in performance reporting instead of losing the record. The message is not sent with a broken destination.
Review Undelivered results in the relevant automation's Performance tab. Check the template's website-button configuration and the value selected for its dynamic destination. For a broadcast, also check that the audience data supplies the variables the campaign uses. Correct the missing value before trying the message again. The broadcast guide's troubleshooting section covers required variables, valid CTA URLs and inspecting delivery failures. The failure record is created automatically; no separate setting is needed.
