No ceiling on orders processed
Richpanel caps the number of orders you can process on the platform. In their lowest plan, you can process a maximum of 1000 orders per month.
We think that’s too limiting. What if you process more (or lesser) orders in a month? It’s not feasible to upgrade your plan. That’s why we decided to remove this ridiculous limitation altogether. You can process as many orders as you want on DelightChat; don’t let that hold you back!
We’ll never charge you for adding more users
We don’t hold you in contempt for adding extra users, encourage unsafe practices like seat sharing, or create a “smart” pricing model that you will need 6 days and 7 nights to unravel.
Our plans are based on the number of conversations you have with your customers. Feel free to add any number of your teammates, manage all your orders, and add all your apps into the account. At the end of it all, you just pay a simple subscription fee every month.
