WhatsApp API Pricing Guide
Meta pricing is the official cost set by Meta for using its services like WhatsApp Business API or running ads.
WhatsApp API billing has two separate components:
1. DelightChat Subscription Fee
Paid to DelightChat, covering:
- Inbox
- Automation
- Broadcasts
- Integrations
- Support
2. WhatsApp Conversation Charges (Meta Pricing)
These charges are not paid to DelightChat.
They are paid to Gupshup prepaid wallet, our BSP (Business Service Provider).
Important
- Gupshup follows Meta’s official USD rate card.
- Gupshup will add a small markup fee, which you can identify as service charges in your wallet statement. Kindly note that DelightChat will refund those service charges directly to your Gupshup account in the first week of the following month.
- You need to maintain a balance in your Gupshup prepaid wallet.
